I get these for my girls all the time on auto ship. The chickens love them as a treat and good source of added calcium. The size of box is a great value! Depending on how many chickens and frequency of feedings will determine how long they will last. The shipment always arrives intact and comes in a resealable ziploc bag inside the box which keeps them nice and fresh. Apparently they are so fresh that my youngest nephew helped give some to the girls and said they smell good and wanted to eat them! Incredible Larvae, my chickens are crazy for these. The Larvae are much thicker and better quality than what my local store has to offer, and the price is great, very big bag to spoil my chickens, thank you.

I was looking for a treat that would provide extra calcium and protein for my chickens. They love these larvae! The worms look whole and not broken up. Large in size and the quantity for the price is very good compared to what you can purchase at the local stores. We have purchased this item twice and will most likely continue to stock them for our flock.
