I bought the full bundle to make a custom controller, and although I had some issues and ended up breaking my controller, I bought a used one and this is the end result after modifying it! The controller looks amazing and I had no problems using it either. It’s tough to set up as well, took me a few hours to figure out what I was doing.

I bought two skins for my PS5 controllers and they both look and fit great. For around 20 bucks, this is a great deal. I would highly recommend. The install can be intimidating and time-consuming depending on your level of experience working on electronics. However, the youtube video on extremeRates website was very helpful. FYI, you will need tweezers and a hair dryer/heat gun in addition to the tools provided in the kit.

The media could not be loaded.  In my opinion these are perfect they fit amazing and look beautiful. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT MODEL CONTROLLER YOU HAVE!! That way you can order the correct one I believe they offer one for every model so far. And they also have step by step install videos to help make it 10x easier

I love it, the feel is GREAT! It took time and a bit of frustration on my part (hey, I’m new to this!). But if I could do it you can! Definitely want a blow dryer (I bought a cheap one). And a set of tweezers. The screws and screw drivers worked well, but if you have your own set those would be good. Organizing the screws is a great thing, I saw someone use mini solo cups and that’s a great idea. Overall I love this and plan to do it for another controller.

The quality of the shell is out standing. It fells premium without the high premium price. The new shell makes the controller look great. The only reason why I did not change the Touch pad/Touch pad button shell is because I do not have a heat gun. I plan on borrowing/buying one and change it later.NOTE: If this is your first shell replacement, I suggest watching the video before purchasing the shell to make sure you are comfortable doing the switch. Without the video there is no way I would have been able to install the new shell.Edit: added another picture of all the parts changed.

My controller looks awesome , might get another just to switch up.

I only marked 4 stars on the installation because of the touchpad and having to use a heatgun (to be fair, I don't know how else it would be done).Easy to follow instructions on the website, and at a price that can't be beat. I used this and the controller back to change my white ps5 controller that came w/ my PS5 to not white, it's a cool pattern and black back. This is awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  Made of good quality plastic. Install was long, but not difficult. The toughest part is getting the original TouchPad off. This is going to sound REALLY weird and I'll stop just short of recommending this, but I didn't have a heat gun or a hairdryer so I put it in my air fryer. Yup. I just said that. It says to heat it up to between 50°c and 80°c to relax the glue holding the two peices together. I just put my airfryer on the lowest setting - 150°f (or, 65°c) and voila. It pried off no problem. Again, if you're going to try this, keep a CLOSE eye on it. You don't want to airfry a PS5 TouchPad. That would be bad.The pictures and video are obviously with the top skin, bottom skin, and thumbsticks modified.Will buy again for my second controller for sure.

The media could not be loaded.  Wenn man der youtubeanleitung des herstellers stur folgt klappt das ganz gut, die könnten allerdings ruhig zwichen den schritten kurz pause machen, damit man rechtzeitig das video zum nachmachen pausieren kann. Ich habe das gleich mit dem einbau der led beleuchtung vom selben hersteller kombiniert wie man sieht.Hat mich gut eine stunde gekostet, würde aber beim 2. Mal deutlich schneller gehen.

Passt wie angegossen, es knartscht und klackert nichts und die Spaltmaße sind perfekt, Qualität wie von eXtremeRate gewohnt

Bin richtig zufrieden und würde es immer wieder Kaufen. Ich kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.
