Helps!
I get really dry nostrils that can get sore and this really helps with that. It hasn't got a nasty smell like some sprays and it doesn't sting.

Great nasal "wash"
Ive been using a few products over the years to manage my nose comfort - I have apparently "rubbish drainage channels" (according to my GP) and tend to get sinusitis at the drop of a hat - as well as mild pollen allergies - and this is by far one of the better products Ive used.As its pressurised I was a bit concerned it would jetwash the inside of my head or feel like being waterboarded or something obscene like that, but its actually a VERY gentle spray. As its continuous rather than a pump, it can be tricky to get the hang of in terms of "dosing"; but basically, one squirt up each nostril while inhaling gets the liquid into your sinuses without that unpleasant flooding-effect some can have, wait a few seconds, then blow your nose, and you get a gentle but effective clean out and fresher/ moisturised feel in your nose.I found for a few days after at first that I had a lot more bogies in the morning, but in general I experienced less stuffiness and dryness, and generally feel less congested than usual (which is apparently the result of my poor drainage!)It is a bit gross in that it drips if you overdo it - and getting the hang of it at first is both fiddly and messy - but after practice I find it one of the easiest to use, nicest to use, and most effective versions of a number of comparable alternatives.

Can't Really Feel Much Difference
I've suffered with nasal and sinus problems for years, and have tried many so-called natural remedies. This product, while seemingly doing a good job of cleansing the nasal passages, hasn't, as far as I can tell, made much difference to my overall nasal and sinus health. It does feel refreshing, and there is no unpleasant smell or odd sensation such as stinging. It feels quite benign. It's really just a type of saline solution, which you can get in most chemists, but the selling point here is that it is made with all natural sea water (which I assume has been completely cleansed of all the bacteria and other nasties that can cause problems). The Calendula additive hasn't made this any better or worse for me than other sprays I've tried.I guess the way to look at this is "Your mileage may vary". Some people may find this an absolute godsend, while others may not get any beneficial effect whatsoever.

Easy to use and effective ...
I really like the Puressential Brand and have a few products from them ... their purifying room spray is fantastic. This particular product is a nasal hydrating spray which cleanses and hydrates your nasal passages ... very useful during and after a cold or infection. It is a simple product which contains sea water (rich in mineral and trace elements) and organic calendula. The spray holds 100 ml and I found it very easy to use and effective. To use you simply spray once or twice up each nostril twice a day, then give your nose a quick blow and your done.Excellent and highly recommended

Effortless Way To Give The Sinuses A Clean
The media could not be loaded. The nozzle is easy to insert and on pressing it down, a fine spray/mist is squirted into the nostril. There is no smell to it and all you feel is a cold wetness. I've included a small video of the spray action (including a bit of slow motion), that I hope you find helpful. If you sniff at the same time as spraying, you can feel it make its way down the back of the throat where you can then spit it out. It tastes like salt water. You'll also undoubtedly feel the need to blow your nose as some liquid comes out that way. I find that on blowing, my ears "pop" a bit so it's obviously doing something to clear the airways.I can't say it has helped in a miraculous way but nasal hygiene is often overlooked and cleaning the sinus this way can help with dust/hayfever allergies. I've been using it first thing in the morning and just before bed, as well as the odd adhoc spray, to try and help with my hayfever. It's not a major cure by any means, so I'd probably recommend thinking of this as another tool to work alongside other options.
