I’m only 3 days in and already extremely impressed! I’m really impressed with this. I started a gluten free diet about 4 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks were rough but after that, I felt better. I plateaued after losing 30 lbs and wanted some help losing a little more. I can’t say I’ve lost any in the week I’ve been taking this, but what I can say is I feel amazing. The energy I have is significant. It’s not like a redline or something like that, I’m not shaky or jittery, I’m just ready to go. I can work all day and I feel good. I am sleeping throughout the night, I don’t know if I can attribute it to this or the fact that I’ve been going hard all day long 🤷🏻‍♀️ regardless, this has given me the energy I need at almost 40. The one and only complaint I have is that the capsule starts to melt as soon as it hits my tongue and I end up gagging on it almost every time I take it. Small price to pay to feel good. I take it in the morning and before I eat my first meal at dinner. Super effective and a much needed boost in energy. Will be taking this forever nowUpdate: I’ve been on this for a little over a month now and I’ve lost 14 lbs. Again, I am eating better and have cut out a lot, but I’m still taking this and I still feel good every day. I have to think this has helped because I plateaued for a while just eating better but once taking this I started to lose again. Total weight loss of 44 lbs since I gave my initial review.

Literally thought I was going to die. I took two of these pills 15 minutes before eating my breakfast and not even five minutes later I began to have trouble breathing like something was sitting on my chest. I then got super hot and flushed all over my body and began to break out in hives and feeling itchy. The feeling of nausea hit me like a brick wall, and I had to lay on my bathroom floor for a while.I’m guessing it was a bad reaction to the niacin that is in these pills however i will not be taking these again.

I have used Zantrex for several years. It is the best product I have found that meets my needs. I do not use it for weight loss, thankfully I do not have a problem with that issue. However, I have found that it is really great when used as an energy and mood booster. The dosage info calls for taking 2 capsules at a time, but for me, I have found that taking 1 capsule is perfect when I need that energy and mood elevation. I usually take one first thing each morning and then one later in the day IF I feel the need. I hope this info may be beneficial to others who may be looking for a product to do just that. I have tried other energy products that are far more costly and they did not even compare to the benefits I get from using Zantrex. I hope this info will be helpful to others who may be looking for the same results.

Good product for diet and energy.

I have used this product off and on for years! I have lost over 100 pounds! Repeatedly! When I see myself gaining it back, I resume my regime. It has always worked for me! Every time i reached my goal of 150 pounds I ended up pregnant AGAIN! So, I would have to stop it and would gain it all back. Thankfully, I am past childbearing age now so, when I reach 150 pounds this time I will stay there with the help of Zantrex 3 blue!The only issue I have is finding it! I have only been able to find it online now! I hope it stays available! It’s the only product that truly works for me and I have tried a bunch!
