The grit size is ideal for my chickens. They are not overly big or small. From the moment I add the grit, my chicken loved it.

my chickens love these. I have 8 to 12 chickens and this bag will last almost two months

I have never seen the chickens eat this, but was told they need it. I guess they eat it as i haven't had any issues with them such as sour crop.

I never tasted/tried it, but our chickens seem to like it. :-)
