I have a 2017 and am not aware of any difference in the fenders to the 2019. But either way these flares are not a good fit. The way they are cut there is no way the front ones will sit neatly and flush. There are big gaps which can’t be forcefully closed by bolting, you will damage body panels. I ended up just zip tying to a couple of points WITHOUT drilling any holes. Good enough to hold in place functionally, not pretty but work well to reduce mud splash. So they’re ok as removable mud guards but I do not recommend permanent mounting by drilling body panels. The rear guards fit fine to existing points.

Do they stick out further than the widest part of the front fenders?

No they do not and they work great
