Bought this for my daughter and she loves it... she says it is like sleeping on a 'nice cool cloud'! No smell when undoing the package and was comfy from the first night. I would rebuy this exact product if I need another one in the future.

Nice product. Very slight lingering smell, even after leaving it out for 72 hours, but I also have a very sensitive sense of smell. Otherwise very comfortable.

It is super comfortable. I bought one for my elderly mother who is in the bed most of the day and works great. Then in a couple of days, I ordered another one for myself. I used it in the camper and it worked so well I now have it on my bed until the next camping trip. I would recommend it for anyone - young or old for a great night sleep.

WASTE OF MONEY. I have gel memory foam pillows and this is NOT gel memory foam, or memory foam at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Unless you want a large piece of foam, don’t buy this. I started a return but I’m not even sure how I’m supposed to fit this into the box

Was good quality and on time but does not keep you cool at night

It was dirty it was not exactly the size.

The only complaint was that there were absolutely no instructions. But that was not huge. I came on here and read what other people said. Anyway, it is absolutely perfect. No odor folks. Not on this one. I received it around 6:00 pm and put it on my bed immediately. Looked questionable but I had seen reviews. Not to worry, it straightens out on its own. I was sleeping in my bed by 10:00 pm and didn't want to get out this morning. I have always hesitated to get a memory foam mattress because they are too hot but this one stays the right temperature. For my money, five stars aren't quite enough.Sending a photo of what it looks like when first open. Expect it.

I had actually purchased this for my dog who last lost mobility. It's a nice quality cushion, and helps make him (and me) so much more comfortable.
