I've used this roller for awhile in physical therapy for a shoulder issue. The density and weight are just right. Love the purple color too!

It does the job, but a bit hard.

I got this to work on balance exercises and I am loving it! I stand on it one foot at a time to see where my balance is at. Good material and it came in my fave color!

I used a similar half roller to stretch my calf muscles and work on my balance when I went to a physical therapist for my knee arthritis. Now I can do the exercises at home, no problem.

It's long enough that it doesn't end and have the hard edge dig into my back, where it was injured. And it has the added support of being a half circle, which also cuts the height in half. I still use a regular roller for rolling out my muscles, but this one is perfect for when I need to lay and balance on it while doing other exercises.

Used these at physical therapy and loved it so my therapist found this in Amazon website. Great Price and product.
