Updated: Excellent Customer Service!Company reached out to me after my review and offered to send me a free replacement. I've been using the new mirror for ~4-5mo now. I do need to charge it weekly, but so far it is working way better than the previous unit and seems to be actually holding a charge.Overall I am happy with this purchase, and would recommend it. The size is great, the mirrors (regular & magnified) are high quality, and the lighting options are nice and easy to use. Docking a star from the product because the battery life is weaker than the advertised 3-7hrs.5* company, 4* product.Original: I bought this rechargeable make up mirror because my makeup table is not near an outlet. Unfortunately within the first 3 months the mirror no longer holds a charge and only stays lit for 5min or less. This is super frustrating as it is now outside the return window. I'll also add that I don't wear makeup or pluck daily, so this mirror was only used 3x/week for like 15-20min. So disappointing.

UPDATE: It's been almost two years since I bought this mirror. It just recently refused to charge any longer. I plug in the usb cord aaaaand... nothing. I did notice the length of charge was slowly diminishing, but that didn't bother me. But not charging at all is a bummer. Gotta buy another one, I guess (which is probably by design, quite honestly).ORIGINAL REVIEW: It took almost a month to get here but I must say, now that it has arrived I couldn't be happier with this mirror. From the size of the mirror to its brightness, I am very happy. It fits snuggly into the base which is weighty enough to keep everything grounded. The mirror itself rotates and stays put where I want it, unlike other comments I saw. Can't speak for how long the charge will last because I just got it last night, but it charged just fine. The magnification is perfect for someone like me who needs readers and I really like the natural light setting; the brightness is ideal... I can see hairs I never knew were there! Makes tweezing an entirely new experience! Very pleased. It was worth the wait.

Cordless, double mirror, perfect color, great lighting, and love the price.

I have only had this for a couple of weeks so not yet sure of the long term. But it is exactly as described and is very sturdy but light enough to carry anywhere. Comes apart easily for travel. Just big enough, but not too big. I put right on my bathroom vanity, and it is nice looking and out of the way. I like the fact that there are no batteries and no plugs. The USB works great. So far I charge it about once a week. Charges quickly and you can use while charging. Just a couple of negatives for me. I don't like where the usb charging port is located, wish it was on the other side. Not a deal breaker. And the 10x magnify is useless for me. Just how in the world can anyone use 10x and for what? jmo. If this had a 5x it would be perfect for me. But very hard to find any of these mirrors under 10x.

The good: perfect size, 3 light modes are nice, easy to use, magnifying side is decent.The bad: constantly covered in fingerprints because the power button is on the mirror, doesn't hold a charge- it's dim and turns off if it's not plugged in, the magnifying mirror falls off- it's held on by 4 blobs of tacky glue and not actually under the frame.I don't recommend it and won't repurchase.

It works great! It easy to assemble. It’s doesn’t take up much room on my bathroom counter. I love that it came in the bronze color to match the rest of my items.

Received the product very quickly. It is well made and my Grand daughter loves it. It was also well packaged. 7X makes both sides of the mirror very usable. Would recommend the product.
