When they say that this flavor is really strong they weren’t kidding, only used 1/2 tsp in an entire casserole and it’s almost all I tasted. Luckily it’s good as is, would recommend to someone looking for a strong flavor or use very sparingly.

Nice flavor. Works as it should. You do not need a lot. This will last a long time.

I originally bought it because I couldn't find butter pecan pancake syrup and butter pecan coffee creamer and was wanting these flavors badly so decided to learn how to make these on my own..I didn't even know pecan extract existed.i just did a random search on Amazon out of curiosity and this was one of the brands that popped up with such great reviews so I decided to try this brand and I must say all the reviews were spot on. I've been buying this pecan extract brand every since. You don't even have to use that much just a few drops gives really great flavor. I've used this to make my pancake syrup and coffee creamer successfully but I've also experimented successfully with adding it to make butter pecan Chia pudding and have added it directly to my coffee pot to make butter pecan coffee. It's great adding it to yellow cake mix too..keep in mind tho, you wanna add a little vanilla too when using this extract to make the butter pecan flavors really pop.

I'm a baker, but I've never used pecan flavoring or extract before. We ordered this for my son's coffee business to make pecan simple syrup, and it's delicious! I plan to order this flavoring for my bakery to add to my butter pecan cake for extra punch!
