This works great when you take it in the evening. Then when you go in the morning you feel lighter.Fair warnings, while this stuff does help get the stuff out of you it’s best to do this over the weekend or mornings when you know you don’t have any plans. Definitely works, however, I feel like you need two years bags for the full effect! Overall, it’s a good product and it tastes good……add a cinnamon stick and thank me later!

I had a different tea that works by disrupting momentum. You drink it, stand by the toilet for 3 days ..it will flush your system and you will be watering your heart out.But this one is gentle and feels natural. I drink it like regular tea. Will drink today n add hot water through out the day since I am a heavy tea person.I use honey with my tea.It will make u use the toilet without much force. You will have the urge, you will use it, the initial day you will have soft stool, with subsequent uses, you may use the toilet daily or twice daily with much softer sti but not a diarrhea type. It’s gentle not disruptive.One of my kids has constipation regardless of how much we tried , this has been helpful .I also use it to keep my digestive going and good health.I will recommend it.

This definitely tastes better than the others I’ve tried. It’s not bitter, and it doesn’t cause the stomach cramps. Will definitely buy again.

THE CINN. AND ORANGE DOESNT TASTE TOO WELL, BUT THE LEMON IS FLAME!!!! I MIX IT WITH A LITTLE HONEY, ICE AND LEMON TO DIM THE TASTE AND IT TASTE JUST LIKE REGULAR ICE TEA. I DRINK ONE CUP 2X EVERY OTHER DAY ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FOR BEST POOPING RESULTS. LOVE THIS TEA. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS MY STOMACH HURTING WHEN ITS TIME TO GO LOL

I had high hopes for this tea after the reviews and word of mouth. The tea didn't live up to it. I thought I'd have to be tethered to a toilet. Taste was good without sweetener and it smells good. However, I barely went after Taking 2 bags for 2 consecutive days. Wouldn't buy again.

I love this product and amazon makes it easy to purchase regularly. Didn’t make me poop much but rastes good.
