Q: Is the dot sight and laser detachable and what kind of eye relief does scope have

it is integrated sight and laser, eye relief is about 3"-4".

Q: Is this scope metal or plastic ?

It's made of the softest alloy of aluminum and zinc that is still considered "solid" by the loosest definition of physical matter. This is the worst scope in the history of ballistics, dating back to throwing rocks. A customer brought this monstrosity in my shop, mounted to a mini14. The zero changed with every shot, height over bore is 5-6 inches, moving the turrets is not repeatable, predictable, or consistent. At all. I couldn't help but laugh at this poor guy, but it needed to be done.

Q: With the scope off is there still a standard black crosshair in the scope?

yes, illumination is add-on feature.

Q: Will this fit a remington 700 rifle? Does it come with rifle mounts?

As stated in the description, this scope mounts to any rifle with picatinny, or Weaver rail. The 700 may not have this, but the mounting rings can be replaced with ones that will mount the gun. I have seen a few 700 s with rails mounted, but don't believe this is standard.
