My first bottle didn’t really have any effect on weight loss, but I did fall asleep faster. I did notice I was cramping when I needed to go to the bathroom however. Started second bottle and have regretted it!!! I am going to the bathroom several times a day AND night! Won’t stop and stomach feels awful. Not a way to lose weight. Side effects for me are too severe to keep taking.

Been taking these for a little over a month and haven’t noticed any difference. The melatonin has no affect on me but something in it keeps me wide awake at night. I started taking it several hours before bed since the melatonin doesn’t affect me and it hasn’t kept me awake like it did initially.

I liked these gummies. Both me and my wife used them. The gummies were sweet. Almost overly so. They worked for several months and then quit working. Take one before bedtime to help stimulate the body while you sleep. It did not keep me up at night. Lost about 7lbs with it. My wife only lost 2 lbs with it. As with any dieting be careful what you eat before bed or it counters the gummy ie ice cream or spoonfuls of pb before bed.

I don't know if it's helping with burning fat, but I gotta say I haven't slept this well in years! I usually take Melatonin, but it has never made me sleep this good. I will keep taking these if for that reason alone.

I just purchased my second jar of Fat Burner. It's been a month since I bought my first jar and have noticed my paunchy stomach going down. So I will see if this second jar keeps up the good work and keeps the fat off. I do recommend this product.
