Much cheaper than competitors but still considerably high quality

That Dr. C. Norm Shealy has identified as potentially being the KEY hormone responsible for either Health or Illness in this human body.... Which is why I ordered this. I have only taken it a couple times because I ended up finding a DHEA supplement straight through Dr. Shealy's online store/website so I went ahead and purchased that....but nonetheless, I have no complaints with this supplement and feel like this brand appears to be a decent quality brand. If you're interested in reading about DHEA, Dr. Shealy wrote a book about DHEA that is a short enough read and can be purchased through Amazon. It gives you the other methods by which you can begin influencing your body's levels of DHEA.

I have been experimenting with different supplements for hormonal balance, energy, immunity, and overall health and wellness. I have used various Bluebonnet products in the past and found this product line to be consistantly good. Today was my first day of DHA. I took one and have felt a balanced with a consistant flow of energy all day. No ups or downs, just a nice balance. Nice product.

Dr suggested because this DHEA is derived from wild yam root (it is NOT synthetic, 06/24/2023. Check the ingredients to make sure it has not changed if that is what you need. As of this date it is also free of GMO’s, Gluten, Corn & Sugar.

I started taking DHEA several years ago, slowly working my way up from a few mg to 50 mg, as is in the Intimate Essentials 50 mg DHEA. I believe that DHEA provides me with additional energy. The Intimate Essentials capsules are easy to swallow. These are perfect for me.

I have never taken this supplement before and from what I have read, this is a high dose. In any event, when I did take this, it gave me really bad headaches and I never get headaches. I'm not sure if this is right for me at this stage in my life, 50ish F. I tried.
