I always have some kind of prejudice for such supplements , questioning if they really help me or not etc but this product helps me in such a good way that my work process is so nicely exceling and despite the load, I always have a very clear mind and concentration. Worthes the pennies.

Over the years my sleep quality has gradually deteriorated to the point that; after a typical 7 hours broken sleep pattern, I kept waking up in the morning feeling as though I’d never slept at all. After a bit of research I landed on this product so see if it would help in any way. By way of personal background; I’m extremely tolerant to prescribed medication, so I must admit to Bering sceptical about the experience in general. However, I needn’t of been. I took the recommended dose night 1, and for the first time in years, had the deepest sleep. That said, I remained sleepy/ lethargic through to the day and found it hard to work. Second night I only took one, and this is where I’ve settled so far, not upping the dose. Thus far I’ve experienced an unbroken 7 hours solid sleep, and feel energised through the day. It’s early days still, but I feel this is going to help me get back in to a great nighttime sleep pattern. This has totally worked for me so far, and if it continues to, will be life changing.

The capsules are a little large but I had no problems swallowing them. Suggests taking 3 a day. No after taste or flavour at all and it worked to lift my mood within a day. I was impressed with how quickly it started to work for me. A bit more expensive than St John's Wort is the only slightly negative feedback I had. I am glad I tried it though.

Love this. It takes the edge off for the day and helps both me and hubby sleep better. It’s been a month so I have positive experience from this.

Exactly what I needed.

Was taking ashwaganda previously but heard about rhodiola and having the two together was perfect. Definitely works well on my anxiety levels ( menopausal aged woman!🙄). Anxiety was through the roof but now feel much more like myself!. So will definitely continue to use these!
