Perfect if you don't like taking pills, but really should be higher dosed
At 16p/gummy these are really not badly priced, although they could include a higher dosage of D3.They are an easy way to get what I would consider to be 'the absolute minimum' dosage of vitamin D3 that you should take each day, but to get that you do have to take two gummiesFor my girlfriend who doesn't like to take supplements, but loves gummy sweets, these are perfect, as they don't seem like supplements at all.The taste is pretty good, and actually so good that these are her favourite.The packaging seems good, and is recyclable and made from recycled plastic.For this cost I will buy more when we run out so I can keep my girlfriend topped up with some good nutrients, and we'd recommend them if you'd rather eat sweets than pills.

These gummies have a really nice flavour that I love. The texture of gummies is great and they are easy to swallow. The vitamin content fits my needs and it is not too strong. Pleasant flavour, very easy to take, 30 days' supply
Pleasant tasting soft gummies, not too sweet, very easy to take. Each gummy contains 500 IU of Vitamin D3, and it recommends taking 2 per day for a total of 1000 IU, so the bottle lasts 30 days, making them more expensive than they first look. The gummies contain sugar (not artificial sweetener) and natural colourings, and are vegan and gluten-free.When comparing with other products, note that many similar products contain 1000 IU per gummy. Recommended daily doses vary between 400 and 2000 or more, depending who you ask. (Safe dose is up to 10,000 per day, but you also get Vitamin D from food and sunlight). I've been taking 1000 IU per day through the winter, to help my immune system, but rely on sunlight through the summer - I don't know if it's made a difference but I've been pretty healthy.
