My daughter order these for me because of my kidney panel was going up and down and not in a good way. Well, they have stabilized in a good way since I started taking them. I started taking these and seen the doctor two weeks later and my labs results showed a totally different result than before. I could not believe it. I was so happy. I take it every day. The value of my health has no price. There is no smell, no taste and easy to swallow.

Switched from Saw Palmetto extract and DIM to Stinging Nettle Extract after reading those products turn testosterone into estrogen, rather than stopping aromatization by blocking an enzyme. I find somewhat better blocking of prostate inflammation at night with this, and I feel more like getting a good workout and feel more able to recover from it, so I'm thinking testosterone levels are now higher. Improvement took only two days. After a few days using this I purposely missed taking it for an evening to compare. The inflammation didn't happen as before. It was as if I had not missed taking it. Neither DIM nor saw palmetto extract worked that way for me. I find no noticeable bad side effects. However, at the same time, limiting my sugar intake dramatically and avoiding seed oils also made a big difference, such that what is a terrible problem for many men isn't troubling me anymore. And I should note that I also began using more antioxidants: liposomal astaxanthin and liposomal glutathione.

I have bought this Brand before, and found it very good at stopping the buildup of acid in the small joints.(aka-gout) I trust the Brand to be consistent and without taste. Great value for the money!

I looked around for a product that i thought would be worth my time and money. In reading about several brands and how they produced this form of stinging nettle I felt this one would be worth a try. After a month of use I am quite pleased with my experience of their product. i will be buying it again. Update: It is now October of 2024. Last month I let it lapse a couple of weeks before getting another order. Then I noticed I was starting to feel a bit of pain in a finger of my hand. I know that nettles are recognized for helping reduce arthritis pain. I have severe arthritis in my hands and feet and ordered another bottle right away. The pain in my fingers dissipated within a week of being back on this supplement. A lesson learned. I wont be so casual about letting my order lapse nest time. Hope this has been helpful
