Crampfix QuickFix Shot Sachets - Fast & Effective Relief from Muscle Cramp (9 x 20ml Sachets) (Lemon)

For anyone suffering cramps during intense physical activity - this product is a game changer!! Cramps have derailed 2 of the hyrox I did this year (as soon as I hit burpee broad jumps and then lunges, it was basically game over). Took these into hyrox number 3 and was blown away/ecstatic at how quickly the cramps faded. Was able to pretty much send the rest of my race and earn a pretty solid PB. Will definitely be using in future races as my "insurance policy". I think the relief is subjective but long enough to be able to top up electrolytes/sodium in order to regain the balance as your race persists - so probably best layered with an energy gel or sodium tablet. Taste leaves a lot to be desired but who cares when they work as well as they do !!

Unable to use these sachets as the taste is disgusting.

This works well for me, I mtb long distances, and leg cramps are my nemesis, this helps. The flavour takes getting used to!

Don’t take in too much at once!

I suffer with severe leg cramps, both legs & inner thighs all at same time, absolute excruciating pain. I tried these during a bad cramp moment. I Took 1 shot and within a few minutes it eased hugely. In an hour I took another shot as I could still feel it and within a few minutes, no cramping at all. Absolutely amazing.

Taste horrendous, which would have been fine if they did anything about the cramps, but they didnt, so zero stars from me

This is what I'd put on my fish and chips! I nearly choked after trying one. The other over expensive sachets are in the bin. Next time I'll just bring a bottle of vinegar! Or stick to regular electrolytes.

What kind of sorcery is this?! I’ve suffered with stitches since i was young, regardless of how fit i was. As soon as i had the first sachet it worked! 10k immediately, without a stitch! Absolutely amazing stuff! Taste is something else, so i just swill it around my mouth without swallowing, and it still works perfectly! Highly recommended!
