When you use liquid vitamins or herbs you want an easy-to-use dropper. This product has a chintzy dropper on which the marked calibrations wore off after the first use! You cannot tell how much the dropper is taking up. And, with B vitamins, one must be careful of "Vitamin B Toxicity" which can result from overdosing, and the resultant liver problems.The flavor is OK, but the liquid is thick and grainy and that little dropper is definitely not accurate or easy to use.

Todo hiba muy bien, pero al momento de ingerirlo, noté que la pintura de las letras del gotero estaban por todo el aceite. Incluso para comprobar, manchaban fácilmente mi dedo. Lo más decepcionante es que este producto no es elegible para reemplazar o devolver. Totalmente decepcionada. No lo volveré a comprar.

Was my mistake that I didn’t look up recommended dosage before hand and relied on ratings only but the amount of b12 and the other vitamins is 100 times more than is recommended daily. That’s just for the .5 dose once and not twice as suggested. Too much b vitamins can cause acne and other skin issues I am trying to avoid. The numbers are even too high for those who are deficient but at least it’s safer for them to take it rather than someone who just wants to be healthy and take their daily dose. I DO NOT recommend. Didn’t even open it and can’t return. Find a brand with less potency and safer mcg’s.
