Upgrade M365 Pro Dashboard Cover Replacement Circuit Board for Original Xiaomi M365 /M365 Pro/M365 Pro 2 Electric Scooter Parts Accessories…

This was an easy upgrade and now I'm able to see my speed love it you just need to do a firmware update on the electric speed control

The dashboard did work for my M365 but only displays speed in KM/H and failed after less than 1-year. I recommend buying a higher quality replacement.

I don’t know how they will work for OEM firmware. I had installed a “pro” firmware before switching to this. I also used the “Mi Home” app to change the setting to imperial (miles per hour) display.

My Wifi's 2019 M365 started beeping one long four short after we left it outside overnight and it rained. Went to use it the next day and it started beeping with no way to stop it. Read online and YouTube that one long 4 short beeps is accelerator control problem but the fact that I couldn't get the power button to turn the unit off and then after unplugging the power from this board and then back in couldn't get the unit to turn back I decided it was obvious water had damaged this board. Think rain got inside on this controller board and the on/off button no longer worked. Installed new board in 15 minutes and all is good BUT I wish I could switch from Kmh to Mph. The Mi App can find the board but I'm afraid to pair it as it says it will reset the scooter back to factory default and IDK what that will do to the firmware. Install instructions are limited/lite but it expressly says don't change the firmware as that will damage the board. Other reviewers say it's not possible to change to Mph so I'm gonna give up. Like the Sport and Eco mode upgrade, Kmh is better than no speed indicator and battery life indicator nicer than the original IMO. For the money and time spent this was a quick fix and nice upgrade.

The media could not be loaded. I don't understand why this happens when I turn on my skateboard.

Perfect fit

I unplugged the original dash that came with my M365 and plugged this in. It worked right away. It comes with BLE 910 (as of December 2021) so can be used with DownG or another flasher app to install custom firmware. My scooter is faster now and I can see mph on the display.However, the screws that come with it do not fit the scooter correctly. They're also weak, as 2 of them only went in halfway, then got stuck, and then the top sheared off. I was able to get one out with pliers but the other one is stuck in there. Just use the old screws.

I received and installed mine today!It's pretty straightforward to instal and they also provide the tools to unscrew the old board and place the new one. So far so good, seems to work on the different tests I made.Few things to notice though:1- If you plan on doing any firmware modification, it seems like the scooter (mine is a regular M365) is now detected as a M365 PRO.2- It seems like it auto activate the cruise control function which is never had, so seems like buggy, but it's not. You can deactivate that using an app like M365 Tools. It also does beep whenever it's getting activated, so a bit annoying.
