The media could not be loaded.  This has never worked well. Only tried it a handful of times, and I thought maybe it would work with some fresh fruit, protein, and peanut butter powders. It did not. As the video shows, it just makes noise and starts smoking.It absolutely does not work with ice. It will work with just protein powder and liquid, but you don't need a blender for that. When I contacted Braun customer service, they would not help me unless I setup a video chat with them.

The rubber gasket is easily dislodged and is sliced by the blades as in the photo (other reviewers have also reported the same problem). Beware that the rubber parts are mixed with the drink and could be ingested.

Mit dem To go set klappt es wesentlich besser! Im großen Mixer wurden die Smoothies mit gefrorenem Obst oft Nix. Das ist nun komplett anders. Handhabung geht einfach und das Ergebnis überzeugt.

First off, the blender that pairs with these is very good. It is not obnoxiously loud like most blenders (looking at you Ninja) and it's well built. Unfortunately, this product is let down by one critical design flaw. The gasket at the bottom of the cups pops out and gets cut by the blades. This happened to our first one after only a few weeks of use. We got a replacement through Amazon and it lasted 7 or 8 weeks but then the same thing happened. We are now returning it to Amazon for a refund.

Den Dichtungsring hat es grade beim Mixen in den Mixer gezogen - obwohl ich vorm Start nochmal kontrolliert habe, ob er sitzt. Keine Ahnung, wie das passieren konnte. Nun ist das ganze Ding unbrauchbar. Würde ich auf keinen Fall nochmal kaufen!

Je n'aime pas le système de fermeture du gobelet. Je ne suis pas certaine que cela sera durable à long terme. Une "pine" rentre en serre avec un autre morceau en plastique. J'ai bien peur que cela cassera ou s'usera rapidement. Prix très élevé pour deux gobelets en plastique qui semble être assez fragile.
