Unfortunately, this item didn't work out for me. I bought it a few weeks ago. At first, it was working fine. But it suddenly stopped powering my bedside lamp. Which is really odd because it still has no issues charging my laptop and cell phone, or anything else I plug into it. Of course, the first thing I did was try to plug my lamp into the wall to make sure the problem wasn't just my lamp. But when I did, my lamp worked just fine. For some reason, this power strip doesn't like my bedside lamp. I'm gonna try and return this one, and get one from a different brand to replace it.UPDATE (giving it 4 stars instead of 2):I guess I judged it too soon. When I discussed my issue with my family, they brought to my attention that maybe the problem was with my lamp, saying the lamp had a short in it that the ON Smart was picking up. So, I bought a new lamp to replace the one that wasn't working with the ON Smart. And wouldn't you know it, the new lamp worked fine when used with the strip.However, I only gave it an additional 2 starts instead of 3 because when I plugged in my new lamp, I noticed the plug adapter covered part of the outlet next to the one I was using. I will be purchasing a new strip where the outlets are a little further spread apart for this reason, but will keep the ON Smart for back-up though so we have it if we need it.

I recently bought this item from Amazon. The item is packed well and it is easy to open. The item was as described, color, features, made with quality material. The features of this item is excellent. The number of USB ports allows me to charge multiple items at a time. The item is sturdy yet light weight. This is very helpful as I take this unit with me when I am traveling. It can go in my carry on or in my checked in luggage. The combination of USB ports and standard US 3 prong slots allows me to use this item overseas with only one converter. I can keep all my items charged and ready with need for only on electrical outlet in whatever country I travel to. Thank you for a great item at a very reasonable price.

Looks great with clean lines and like the cord velcro strap to help stay organized. Purchased this on my husband's account. It fits easily into the charging station I purchased at Ikea for our office.

I purchased this item over others because it said it was UL listed (I knew I shouldn't have believed it). But when I received the product, there is no official UL tag/mention of it at all except on the Thank You card, which says to look at the plus. And it's not a real UL listing; just has UL in a circle with no listed or trademark symbol. And the card tells you authenticate it at a website that is not associated with UL. Very disappointed; don't lie.

The pretty blue sides shown in the photo online is a thin celephne strip. It comes off imediately. I boght this one becasue it was going to match the blue lamp it sits by. Why can't the photos be accurate. It's a minor issue but it meant something to me. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this BS.Other items are not pictured in the wraper, so why is this. I believe it's because the company knows this blue color separates it's product from the thousands of others and gets eyeballs and clicks on their merchandise. But when it arrives the eyeballs are disappointed. Too late. Not really worth it to drive it to the return center for a refund.

Was fine while it worked (3 weeks on a trip to Africa to charge camera batteries and cell, nothing heavy duty). Had it in storage for 9 months without using it. Then took it on a second trip and it stopped working the first day. It is supposed to have a 1 year warranty but that is a lie. I have spent 30 minutes clicking on Amazon trying to find either a way to return/replace or how to contact the seller with no luck. A phone call to Amazon customer service was a waste of time. Don't buy this product. There must be a better one to take a risk on out there.

I originally purchased this power strip for the USB ports. I was so disappointed when none of them worked properly to charge my smartphone. I have a Samsung S10e. I tried multiple charging cables (official Samsung cables and off brand cables). I tested the cables on other USB ports to make sure they worked fast charging my phone and they worked fine. So it wasn't an issue with the cables or my phone. I got the same slow charging message for every USB port on this power strip. Like ridiculously slow, almost 10 hours to charge verses a 43 minute charge (see pictures).If I plug in a wall charger to the power strip and charge my phone that way, the fast charging will work but that defeated the whole purpose of buying this power strip. I wanted to have working USB ports for my family's phones without being clunky and to have space to plug in other electronics.

I’ve been using the surge protector for about a month now. Everything has been fine up until yesterday it just stop working altogether. It will not reset it’s just dead. The other thing that is a little disappointing is the plugs are loose .
