Q: Is a cutting mat included?

No. The rolls of vinyl that are typically used have a backing. You could use non-backed vinyl with a mat if you want.

Q: Whats the smallest size of vinyl that the machine can cut?

I worked at a sign shop, and saved all of the "scrap" vinyl. I have loaded 3"x 5" pieces and cut them.

Q: Can I cut a roll of 2mm thick flexible plastic material into smaller sheets?

Hi , it should cut it , it a very good machine

Q: Will this cut 1/16" fiberglass reinforced rubber? The Cricut can cut it, but we are looking for something larger
