Good foam pads for filtration! Can cut to fit and fits my biggest canister filter ...gives lots of room for beneficial bacteria to grow on and helps the water to stay clean , just rinse in separate container of aquarium water and return to canister .

I’m using this on my Fluval FX 6’s this is absolutely great filter media if you want you filters to run more efficiently. Just follow the instructions and soak the product from shipping then cut it to what size you need.

Easy to cut and fit to my filters for my pond. Easy to clean too which is unusual. The first two, the blue and the green rinse out very easily. Of course the fine filter, black, takes longer. I'm glad I got this.

Since these come extremely compressed, they did open up to normal size, but it took overnight, which is fine. They're good sponges.

These Sponge foam filters were ordered to alter the contents in a filter system I purchased. I saw a Youtube with suggestions on making the system work better and decided that it made sense. I only needed small cutouts of the sheets and fortunately caught my girlfriend before she turned the filter material into packaging she was sending out. lol With three different densities, they were perfect for the system I was using them for.They clean out like any filter material and these may last longer than the filter system.
