YHS34 Lite Mono - RJ9 Headset

I love this! I work from home and it has been a lifesaver not having to hold the phone. Calls are as clear as a hand receiver. I don’t have issues with it disconnecting during calls, sometimes when I first use it after a weekend I have to push the headset button on the phone then I don’t have to worry with it again for quite some time, this is no big deal as I can do it as soon as I realize and it switches instantly. I would definitely purchase again! It is comfortable and doesn’t feel bulky. It doesn’t have a mute or volume control button on the cord, you have to press the phone buttons. The quality seems as it should, as long as your using the headset as intended I think it will last. Its functionality is great for working from home!

I'm at the computer all day. This headset allows me to type while speaking with customers. The sound quality is better than my phone handset. I like having one ear not covered so I can monitor the office while on the phone. The headset is adjustable to fit.

I bought this because it would likely work with a Yealink Phone. I'm making phone calls for a. local habitat for humanity and I wanted to make it more comfortable. I give it a four because $40 and the sound is not great, even at highest level from the phone. It's plugged INTO the phone jack, it should be better. And sometimes I'm told I sound 'far away' -- it's not perfect but it works. I mostly wanted it because I wear a hearing aid so putting the phone against my ear while the hearing aid sits behind it hurts after awhile. That issue is resolved. I also do not have a big head, yet, extended all the way I feel like it doesn't quite fit right and it's been know to slide over my forehead. I think the clip should extend down to just above one's other ear. It doesn't.

5 month review...Was comfortable. I had a lot of people tell me they couldn't hear me since the first day. They need to find a way to make the wire that connects to the headset by the ear piece more sturdy because it's breaking off. If you have already purchased these, I suggest to reinforce the wire with some electrical tape or something before it happens to you.

Even though they are wired, the clear sound makes up for it. Great for Yealink

Today is my first day using the headset at work and I absolutely love it! The sound is nice and clear, and clients have no problem hearing me. I even tested it out by calling my cell phone to hear the clarity and it was great! No more cranking my neck to hold the phone on my shoulder. Also, I have had the headset on for about 7 hours straight now, and it is so comfortable and lightweight that I forgot I was wearing it at one point. Highly recommend!!

The head set was brilliant quality just was incompatible with the works phone but the company was absolutely brilliant they refunded me without any haggling so can't fault Yealink thank you regards John

Works perfectly with my Grandstream VOIP phone. Some static on the first day, but then perfect afterwards. Way better than the more expensive Sennheiser headset where I had to hold to mic close to my mouth for the listener to hear. Totally happy. Great sound. Great mic. Great build quality. Highly recommended !
