Way better than dealing with flax seeds.
Exactly what I needed. And I don’t have to mess with messy dried out flaxseed packages anymore. This is the perfect stuff.

Great dietary supplement
On a keto diet, these (or fish oil or liquid flaxseed oil) are highly recommended medically. They're big, but they're also gelcaps so they're easy to swallow and they're supposed to dissolve pretty quickly in the digestive system. I don't like fish oil because even the ones that promise no fish-breath are still too fishy. This is a nice alternative to have. Taking it on a spoon as a liquid is a little gross, but this is the perfect, taste-free experience.

Flaxseed — great supplement
These Flaxseed capsules (easy to swallow) are great. They are a needed supplement. I will be taking it every other day, so it will be half a year before I am finished with this bottle. The price is very reasonable, as well.
