Fit my riding mower perfectly
Somehow I lost my riding lawnmower gas cap and needed a replacement. This cap fit it perfectly and did the job.

Replacement gas caps.
These are good quality and inexpensive gas caps. Many original gas caps crack and break or the rubber seal goes bad. It’s good finding replacement gas caps that fit many different mower models.

Great fuel cap
I bought a replacement tank and it didn’t come with a fuel cap and I was quite disappointed but this cap popped up as a suggestion and lo and behold it was a perfect fit. Thanks Amazon for the suggestion!

It works
What can I say. It's a gas cap. It fit my 20 yr old murray rider and seems to function. The air vent malfunctioned in the old one and the mower kept dying because of the vacuum. Easy fix.

It fits!!
I had a brain fog moment and ruined my gas cap on my mower, I spent months trying to find a replacement for my old machine.. and this worked beautifully. Reference I have an older model 38" deck poulan/mtd yard machine.

Excellent Replacement
I have a Craftsman Riding Lawnmower (about 7 or 8 years old) and this was an excellent replacement. Plus a LOT cheaper than what they wanted at Sears and they wanted shipping on top of that because they had to order it for me from their warehouse. I was having issues with my lawn mower sputtering and trying to die. When it would get down to half a tank it would start acting up. I would fill the tank up with gasoline and it would run perfect. This is the first year I went to start it and it would run and then stop within about 30 seconds. It acted like it wasn't getting gas. I had visions of an expensive repair job. Wrong! I knew the gas filter had already been changed. My son said I probably needed a new vented gas cap. Replaced the old one with this one and it now runs like a charm. Added the problem I had in case someone else is dealing with the same issue.

This is the perfect replacement for our lawn tractor. It is a lot cheaper then buy the original one. Very pleased.

Took forever to come in. But it seems to be a good gas cap. It keeps the fuel in the tank and the dirty out of it. Not much more to say about it really.
