2 Pairs Bra Pads, Adhesive Push Up Bra Inserts Pads Breast Enhancer for Bikini Sports

I took the ineffective inserts out of my sports bras and used these instead. They give a nice shape but are a bit fiddly to get in place. I won't be taking them out to wash as the adhesive is pretty strong. We shall see how well they do longterm but happy for now.

They're really good. Stick well but can be readjusted a few times and still sticks to me bra. For a person who has been breastfeeding on and off for the past decade and trying to wear a Bikini to the beach or a hot tub, these are a perfect solution. You girls will look fuller for sure!
