Great experience. Would buy again.
Great deal. For only $10 this is excellent quality. I dont really use the remote control much at all but it does work. The trickiest part was finding a VR player in the google play store. I found that the GO VR player is the easiest one to use these with. I would buy another set of these if they were still available.

Good for watching videos but, that's it.
It's no Samsung VR Gear but, it's made well. the little remote turns the volume up and down and that's all. You have to take you phone out for all the "click to continue" which is a pain. It won't work with any of the Oculus apps which I had contacted the seller who can't speak English. They just came back and said basically put them on and they work. Good for starters and watching videos. Not a game paying set. But, cheap enough. Just the Samsung Gear's offer so much more mainly because you have the buttons on the side to select/move/switch apps etc.

Comfortable and does some nice things for the price.
I may have commented earlier about the product's limitations. I own a large Huawei and I bought this because it said it would fit. Yes, it does fit but it seemed to have problems with Google cardboard and Samsung platforms. I finally tried a few items with Occulus Rift formatting and got the 3D effect. Very nice. The remote isn't very helpful (no instructions) and you need to adjust the alignment but it is comfortable and inexpensive compared to a genuine Occulus or Vive. File it under, "you get what you pay for". Product arrived ontime and support was above the norm so I would just say research what you are buying and don't expect a $30 headset to match an $800 one.

Poorly written instructions, look for another set.
This was my first endeavor with VR glasses. So I decided to choose this pair, as the reviews were good. I have a less of a problem with the glasses, then I do with remote and the overall instructions, which are terrible. Since this is a new technology for many, I would expect the instructions to be thorough or at least have a website to refer to. These instructions, like many Chinese made products I have purchased, seem to allow a person with broken English to write the instruction manuals. This is an easy problem to resolve, yet so perplexing how a company would allow such poorly written instructions to be distributed with their products. Just because it sounds like English to you (manufacturer), doesn't mean it is discernible to the average English speaker. There are two set of instructions, one for the glasses and the other for the remote. The one for the latter is completely useless and I couldn't get the remote to function properly or did I know how to really use it. I have learned from this experience that there are many types of VR formats depending on the glasses, but there is nothing in the documentation to tell you what apps or videos to use. I have learned that Google Cardboard is the closest and most usable format for these glasses. The glasses themselves seem to be of good quality and when you find the correct video format seem to work well. However, with so many VR choices, I would recommend going with a different set of glasses that provide better resources.

Not Worth the Pain
This headset was a waste of money. The resolution was horrible. It came with no qr code for the apps to scan. The headset itself sits uncomfortably on the nose and is quite unbalanced. The controller, turns out, only connects to android phones. I have an iPhone and I tried connecting it, it worked the first time but gave out and didn't connect again after that. The fact that it only connects to android should be in the title. The controller instruction sheet states that for iPhone you should look on the App Store for games and apps from their ICade store. They have a super limited selection. Overall I am seriously unimpressed. This is the first item I have ever felt I needed to return to Amazon, but it went back in the box after an hour of headache inducing labor at trying to get it to work.

Worth every penny!!
The first shipment didn't work; could not adjust properly and remote failed to sync. The replacement was actually labeled beusoft and is worth every penny!! It's great! I'm impressed with the quality of the beusoft product and so is everyone I share it with. Representatives are super supportive as well and proactive in resolving all of my concerns. You're awesome guys! Thank you!

Second pair works great!
Having a very hard time getting them to focus and avoid double images. I've tried better VR sets that weren't much more $$. I figured for the money, they were worth a try. The headset itself looks great and came well packaged, but the function leaves a lot to be desired.Update: Customer service is outstanding!! I received a new set, and they work great!! Thank You for standing behind your product.

expectations of mediocracy met!
At this price point I wasn't expecting marvelous. Good news, my expectations were met. 1) the lid closes on the top with a small latch. My phone hasn't fallen out yet, but it's early. Given a little more wear and I may have to jury-rig a closure with velcro and glue. 2) the sliders for lens adjustment are on the bottom and there's no way to secure them; I find myself re-adjusting focal length when they move out of adjustment frequently. 3) the head straps are nice, but with the weight of my Samsung 6 edge +, it pulls forward and I frequently re-adjust the headset. 4) the remote is nice, but I failed to memorize the button layout and found myself turning on my music instead of selecting a button to start or play a game.In short, if you don't want to spend $100+ on a headset and didn't want a cardboard rig, this may be the answer. It arrived on time and in working condition, so there's that...
