I have the old style, but got these as gifts. Reports are, they work great, are easy to clean and big upgrade to the old fashioned one I have.

Great quality product!
I am not Norwegian at all but am really into baking. I saw this in the retail specialty store and there was a lefse recipe on it, so I took a picture of the pin and found it here at 1/2 price! I made lefse for the very first time and absolutely loved it! This pin makes it so easy to roll a very thin lefse (I think it'll work just as well for any other flat bread). Didn't need to use a cover (don't know why people say it's hard to clean between the ridges, I just used a cleaning brush, it was a breeze to clean). Great quality product! As for griddle, I used my inexpensive crepe maker and the wooden spatula that comes with it for turning.

Great for making lefse!
Our family has a strong tradition in making lefse. This rolling pin is the perfect size and weight. Bethany has a wonderful reputation for quality. This corrugated rolling pin should last a long time.
