I bought it for my 14 year old girl whose having anxiety, this helps her to sleep better and gives her lots of colourful dreams. I had to reduce the tablets by one instead of two as it gave her nightmares, now with one tablet she remembers mostly good dreams, is having better sleep and more energy.

Tablets are small so they are easy to swallow. Package was small enough to fit through the letter box and they arrived quickly.

They seem to be working well, sleep has definitely improved and getting to sleep seems to take less time. Down side is the 'micro pill' is not really micro, although it is smaller than average. It is quite sharp edged/weird shape. My child finds it hard to swallow and they are pretty good at taking tablets normally. No hope in my youngest taking it for this reason.

I bought for my son and work more than I expected. So I keep use it.

The tablets are small in size and the quantity is enough to last 4 months (120 tablets). Bonus for being a vegan product.

My autistic daughter sleeps so much better on these. We went from 12pm falling asleep to 8pm every night now. Can’t fault them
