The stories are great and I have now purchased several of these used them as gifts .

I throughly enjoyed this book; it's attention to detail and the information contained within it's pages made for a unique glimpse into the world of Porsche. If you have an interest in Porsche, Formula 1, racing or automobiles in general this is an exceptional read. There are a number of truly distinctive stories as well as a number of amazing photographs. I had a wonderful time reading this book and recommend it highly !!

Great book. Goes in to the details of people, cars, history. Text on the left side, photos on the right. Easy read... not technical but that’s what the four volume “Excellence was Expected” series is for.

Book is kinda pointless..

Great book but the "European English" is a bit cumbersome at times.

Not only is the content priceless, but the way it is presented allows this book to be enjoyed in one minute increments whenever time allows, or in larger juicy bites of Porsche history. From one author to another…Bravo!

It was a pleasure to read this book. Lots of short, well-written and researched chapters. Helps with small-talk at Porsche events, and developing an appreciation for a remarkable marque.

Many interesting and unheard of stories and facts. Easy to read format, well illustrated, well written and entertaining. A must have for anyone interested in Porsche history. Not a traditional zillion-page history book, which is good.
