Superb item and really good. The rubber on the lids is a bit flimsy and started coming off but hasn't affected the use of the mixer so far. Grinds hard masalas to a nice powder or paste without hassle.

STURDY PRODUCT

I purchased this product from Amazon in the UK over a year ago and this is what I have found. The motor is extremely powerful and can tackle any job but it is very loud. The lid of the medium size blender will not stay on. If you have liquids in the medium size blender it flies off as soon as you turn ion the motor, even if you keep your hand on it as instructed. I got hot liquid sprayed all over me giving me burns to my hand.The spice mill has a good lid and does not leak, however even though it comes with three types of blades it is not possible to change the blades even with the tool supplied as the nut his too tight. I have not been able to try the other blades but the one it comes with fitted does not grind spices well as everything just flies around in a vortex instead of being ground. I contacted the customer service via the web address shown on the label at the bottom of motor hoping to get a resolution for the problem.They offer a service support page but you have to enter a mobile number to receive an OTP. They will not allow a non-Indian mobile number. I tried their email address. I got an automated response with three options including a WhatsApp number. I tried the WhatsApp number but it asked for a PINCODE?? The other options were to phone them directly. I emailed them again. This time a got a response saying they only have service centres in India. The best they could suggest was if I knew someone going to India I could give the spice mill to them to take to a service centre in India for me.I would not suggest anyone buy this blender if you live outside India. They sell it on Amazon but do not offer any customer support outside India. You are on your own! I wish I had known.
