The product itself is great. My only issues are that videos that are exported are formated with an odd .h264 file extension type. The only way this video will play is with the provided player and the quality is not that great. I was hoping that there would be a firmware upgrade that may have already resolved this issue but I have not been able to get into contact with Abowone at all and I have been trying for over two weeks now. I am emailing [email protected] but have not receieved a single response.

I really like this system. However, The first camera that I plugged in and setup has never worked for more then a few days in a row and now it hasn't worked at all for about 3 months. The other 3 cameras have not had a single glitch in almost a year that I have had this system. My only other concern when it comes to Abowone is that you will never get a response from their customer service as I an 2 others that have the same system have found.

I hate junk... and that’s what I purchased. This thing is a piece... one camera doesn’t stay synced; so it won’t record. One camera stutters and jumps so the play back isn’t smooth.

My friend gave this security camera system for me as a gift for our new house, and we love it so far.Abowone Security camera system is well made, the sharpness of the image is surprising me. I think this system worth the money! If you were wondering what camera system to buy look no further. If you're like me and want the best camera system your money can buy and don't have 3 or 4 thousand dollars to spend, This is the answer. Easy install clear directions beautiful picture quality and the best customer service your gonna get, No matter what you spend.The item came well packed and there are no damages when I got it. The installation is very simple and just install your own HDD then you are good to go. I have to say that I am very satisfied with this camera system. I purchased a different brand system of the same resolution and ended up returning it. My friend mentioned about this system and he brought it for us as a gift. This system has great color and resolution during the day, very clear. At night it goes to black and white but still has good clarity. It is fairly easy to navigate the setup and review the recorded video.All in all, I really like it and will recommend anyone to get it.

You can't beat it !i think Poe Ipc it way better picture than others,you cant beat the price for Poe four channel and its quality .,,there are different resolution from low to hi ....come in a package ,remote ,cat5 line ,cat6,all you needed ....super nice picture quality ..no regret !
