I wrote a review for one of the cars. I orderey3 for my grandsons. Great value for the money. They loved playing with them. The remote is so easy to use my 3 year old grandson was able to use it after being shown only one time. He had it as a car and then showed me how it transformed into a robot. They have been racing the cars up and down the hallway and even dad got in on the fun. The size is just right and yes the are built for quality

Update to the update!!! Customer service was awesome. I got another one and it works perfect!!!! It is so fun and my nephew is so happy. I was skeptical of this with the reviews but my nephew picked it out and what he wanted so decided to give it a shot. Glad we did. It is perfect! Update- they replied and are giving me a full refund. I am going to order another one and will give another review. Impressed with the customer service and can say a lot about a company. Thank you!! It looks like from other reviews, transformer guy stays standing but mine does not. You have to hold it in the transformed position otherwise it goes back into car mode. It’s for a gift for my nephew for tomorrow. I just opened it to charge the car. I’m still going to give it to him because I don’t have time to get something else. Just bummed!

Update: I changed my rating to three stars because customer service for this company did reach out to me to resolve and I appreciate that. I bought this for my grandson and gave it to him for his birthday yesterday and he loved it. It felt a little flimsy and by this morning, one of the wheels had broken off and appears it can’t be put back on, very disappointed in a product that breaks in less than 24 hours that cost $23. Unfortunately the window closed a few days ago, and I can’t return it.

Works, thought it would be more impressive.
