Broken earthen clay diya
The earthen clay diya I like very much but when I receive half of them broken.I was very upset.The packing is not totally good.

Spillage free lamp
Received the item in good condition. The product was well packed in paper shreds to avoid breakage. The lamp design is good and burns to the last drop of oil without spillage. Good buy.

Good Diya s but delivery or packaging issues
The product is good and appears as good as any other clay diya. Distinct advantage compared to other oil diya is the wick does not burn the complete lamp black once the oil runs out. This is a chance in normal lamps as based on wick quality and other factors the complete lamp and wick takes fire once oil is finished. These lamps are comparatively safe as the wick is extinguished once the lamp is dry of oil as the wick is starved of air in the inner chamber. But delivery is an issue as the packaging done which is fair is yet not sufficient. Perhaps it needs extra sponged box inner lining other than the already provided. I ordered 2 boxes of 51 and 30 of them came damaged Mongolian the 2 boxes. I ordered 2 for Ganesh chathurthi as after reading other reviews I had to be safe with appropriate count for the puja.

Actually its a good product. But Package needs to be improved . 50% broken Need to pack like glass product, by putting lot of paper pieces before & after filling the product.
