The watch is a bit small for an adult male. Conversely, the strap is quite bulky to wear under a button up sleeve. It is 100m waterproof so ok for swimming; that’s quite unusual for the price.

Works great and I love this watch. Only issue was that the silver face pops off easily if it gets caught on something. Other than that it seems to have a good battery life and can withstand some wear and tear.
