How do I fix the bulb inside the globe?

Once the fitting is installed, then you fix the bulb, and lastly you fix the dome. The dome in one hand,while you squeeze/press-inwards the clips,and slide in the dome while simultaneous release of the clip to hold the glass with back tension, is quite a delicate operation with high probability of glass dome(very thin & delicate) cracking . It needs a very capable electrician.

What is the maximum wattage allowed?

Nothing specific. It depends on the bulb you are using. I have used two 12w white led.

Can i get one round light separately as one of mine is broken

That's the problem with this kind of fittings. The Glass dome is very delicate,and it's no wonder if it breaks while being installed, or subsequently if you are changing the bulb. I received a light ftg. with one glass dome broken, I had to move mountains to get it replaced.
