Great compact light
This is a fantastic light for EDC or most everyday needs. I most often use it on low, as that is plenty for most uses without being at all blinding. On high it is quite bright. The battery life is outstanding. The light fits easily in my pocket or on my waistband - so much so that it's easy to forget it's there. I love that the interface is simple. There's high and there's low. No, it doesn't do an SOS, no it won't cook eggs, and it won't write poetry. But every time I use it it does exactly what I need it to. It fits in my pocket, the battery charge lasts a very long time, and I never have to fuss with a bunch of settings or button sequences that just plain aren't needed from a flashlight this size. I love this thing. The build quality is excellent. It seems very durable and I expect it to work for many years without trouble. One charge of the battery lasted me more than a month of frequent use, and I did not wear it all the way down. I charged it once the high setting was jumping down to a more medium setting right after being turned on. I gather that I could have waited quite a while longer to recharge if I had felt like it. This light is well worth the money. Buy without worry.

Best edc out there
I own two. (Three if you count the one I lost). I use them pretty much daily. I frequently work in a dark environment. These have carried me through several power outages and particularly shine when looking for something you’ve lost. Rechargeable feature is game changing. It lasts long enough for my needs , but if you use it constantly, you will definitely need to keep it charged frequently. There’s two brightness clicks. The dimmer one is pretty useless honestly, but the bright setting is very bright. Bright enough for all my needs. Kinda wish there was just the one bright setting it would save me from twice as many in my life. Other than that, no complaints , awesome light, very compact, powerful, durable and simple.

Beautiful Purple Dragon and Phoenix design
First impression review: compact, powerful, gorgeous. First of all the design on this flashlight is amazing. The Dragon and Phoenix are extremely cool. I don’t know if this is a limited run but having a flashlight that is also a piece of art is really fun. So far I’ve been pulling it out to show it to people almost as much as I’ve been pulling it out to use it! As for the actual use, I like it a lot. I don’t see how the design could be much better. The high and low settings are great for shining a bunch of light and trying not to wake everyone in the house up. The pocket clip holds it decently deep in my pocket, to wear I barely notice it when I’m sitting. I’d like it to sit a little deeper, but then it would be harder to pull out of my pocket so this is probably a decent happy medium. I like that the clip also attaches to a hat, but it does point a little too far down. Obviously a dedicated head lamp is better but I love that I can use this in a pinch. I like the tactile clicky button feel, no complaints there (will update if it ends up turning on in my pocket frequently). The fact that the rechargeable battery can be replaced with a AA battery is nice if you get stuck in a situation where you can’t charge it too. Overall, I love this little flashlight. Would absolutely buy again

Great for Leatherman sheath
Bought this to pair with my Leatherman Surge. Did a little research looking for recommendations and the most popular suggestions were the Streamlight Microstream and the Olight 13t EOS. The Streamlight is a great little light, but the fact that it telescopes open to reveal the charging port meant I could not get it out of the sheath without opening it, which bothered me. I always felt like I was gonna pull it apart. Plus you can only use the included proprietary battery. I did not like the brightness options and the runtime on the 13t EOS. A little more digging and I discovered this gem, the 15R EOS. Being a AA flashlight, your runtime and brightness is greatly increased, and the fact that you can use a regular AA battery in a pinch is a huge plus. If your out camping for a few days, you may not have access to a charging port, unless you wanna run your car for 3 hours to charge your flashlight. The tail switch is easy to activate, and the two brightness options of 15 lumens and 350~150 is just right. It fits into the elastic slot on the Leatherman sheath very snugly, but the fact that it has a solid body with a uniform diameter actually makes it easier to get in and out than the smaller Microstream. Some complain about the unusual 2.4v battery, but it seems to me a nonissue. You can buy a spare from Olight, or you can use easy to find AA alkaline batteries, or you can buy a few rechargeable eneloops as backup. To me this is the perfect flashlight for my needs. Power, compactness, ease of use, and versatility.

Excellent and compact utility for a good price
I've been in the habit of carrying a small flashlight in my pocket almost every time I'm out of the house, and this flashlight has been a reliable and dependable little tool to have. It's compact, lightweight, has pretty good brightness (especially given how compact it is), and it carries fairly well in the pocket. One feature I particularly appreciate about this flashlight is that it can also accept standard AA batteries in a pinch if you aren't able to recharge the supplied battery, but the included rechargeable battery has a way longer lifespan and is more powerful, so I'd only recommend doing so in scenarios where you can't recharge it such as if the battery dies during a camping trip or during a power outage. Some people have criticized the functionality of the pocket clip on this flashlight, but compared to the paper-thin pocket clip of my previous flashlight (a no-name Harbor Freight or Walmart flashlight), this clip is like a godsend to me. My only two criticisms of this flashlight is that it can sometimes be possible to accidentally squeeze the on/off button in the pocket if you bump it against something while sitting down and that I would have personally preferred if the clip were just black like the rest of the flashlight. In all though, the accidental pushes are a bit rare and while the bright blue they chose for the clip isn't my favorite, the color has no impact on the functionality and serviceability of the flashlight. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the accidental pressing of the on button is a mild annoyance, but despite that, I still highly recommend this as an excellent value for anyone looking for a compact and rechargeable flashlight to toss in their pocket, purse, or a backpack as a handy little tool.

Excellent light get one!
These flashlights are a game changer! I have many o light products and this is an everyday used one. The rechargeable battery is excellent and has a very long run time. In fact I don’t think it has ever failed me once.the light function is high or low beam. The tail cap has multiple functions to do that. This. Light is compact enough to wear in pocket all day without discomfort. Like I Mentioned it is an everyday tool so it is durable enough to go to grocery store or Baja Mexico. The runtime I am Not sure of I did do a test when I originally got this light and it was far beyond impressive. This is a great value and I have 3 of them now I keep them in the trucks now too all in all this a great addition to anyone needing a flash light.

Bang for your buck
The OLIGHT I5R EOS 350 is a compact and powerful rechargeable flashlight that is perfect for everyday carry. With a maximum output of 350 lumens and a beam distance of up to 120 meters, this flashlight is more than capable of lighting up any dark area. The build quality is exceptional, with a durable aluminum body and a scratch-resistant lens that can withstand a few bumps and drops. One of the standout features of the OLIGHT I5R EOS 350 is its rechargeability. It uses a USB charging cable, and the battery can be fully charged in just an hour and a half. This is a great feature for those who use their flashlight frequently and don't want to keep buying disposable batteries. Another great feature is the simple user interface. The flashlight has a single side switch that allows you to turn it on and off and cycle through its three brightness levels. The switch is also easy to locate in the dark, thanks to its textured design. Overall, the OLIGHT I5R EOS 350 is an excellent flashlight that delivers exceptional performance in a compact package. Its rechargeability, build quality, and ease of use make it a great choice for anyone in need of a reliable and powerful everyday carry flashlight.

Great EDC Light
This light is small and streamlined. It runs on a single AA sized battery. This one comes with a proprietary rechargeable battery. I like that I can use a AA battery if the rechargeable battery dies. The output is good with a AA battery but way brighter with the rechargeable battery. I use this light as my EDC and have been using it for several months. The pocket clip keeps the light out of the way until I need it. I haven't used it much with a baseball cap but the clip worked fine when I did. I like that it is barely larger than a AA battery in diameter, length is almost two AA batteries end to end. I don't feel that I've abused the light but it has held up well to my usage. I like that this light doesn't have strobe or any other annoying features. Press the button to turn it on, press the button to turn it off. If you want it in bright or turbo mode you press the button twice in quick succession. I liked the light well enough that I bought one for my son, he also really likes it.
