I purchased 4 of these handsets. Although they are refurbished, they look and work exactly as the new handsets that came with my new base unit. I would definitely buy them again if needed.

On time and as expected

Phone was bought to add to Bluetooth compatible base station. No complaints

Equipment did not work. Would not uplink to match the phone docking station, was able to charge the battery, but also gave a message that there was no power to the base station to transfer data and to recognize the unit. Tried it on all the other charging stations with the same message. Reason of no returns - bogus statement that it violate HAZMAT Safety requirements. Without the rechargeable AAA Batteries - there is no Hazardous safety issues for not mailing it back to the merchant for a new working unit or a refund. Buyer Beware!!!!

Good quality. Great replacement

This phone is an excellent addition to my base and other phones. Works great. Buttons are a bit small and hard to read. Very easy set up. I'd recommend these to anyone in the market. Well package and fast delivery.
