This is one of the most powerful supplements I’ve ever tried and I’ve been deep in the supplement rabbit hole for years. I can’t take more than one a day myself. Please be careful! While I did say that the product works, here is what happened. First I have a regular period; well, that disappeared right away and then I had very tender feeling in upper chest area. It actually works

I take one in the Am with my smoothie. Slow loss is a permanent loss, not yo-yo. 2 weeks into it, loss of 3#. No side effects. Trying to lose the last 5 # is almost impossible at my age in my journey. This with a great vegan diet is doing the trick. Down to 130 and could not be more pleased. 78, 5'3", 130...yeah!

I was looking forward to using this form of berberine. the first night I took one capsule before dinner as directed and the next morning I was so dizzy I became concerned. I thought maybe my blood sugar was too low but after testing it was on the high side.I felt better as the day wore on. I decided that it must have been this form of berberine. The next evening I skipped taking it and woke up feeling fine.So, that evening I took another capsule before dinner and the next morning I woke up once again dizzy as can be. I'm tossing this stuff.

Very good product no taste and the pills go down easy. I saw this product on a talk show and i wanted to try for my self. I took this for a week and i can feel my self not snacking anymore. I notice my self eating smaller portions and getting full quicker. Beware this does make you use the bathroom a lot so make sure you have no plans for the first few days.

It's been a few months since my first order and the results were as advertised. The weight was coming off and my AIC declined about two-tenths of a point. The funny thing was I didn't notice I was losing weight until a friend asked me to help with AC vent maintenance and I saw the back of my pants in a full-size mirror.
