This is a great herbal calcium formula. It is NOT made of ground up stone or bone. Most people don't understand that supplement companies prefer cheap widely available forms of calcium to sell. It's labeled as calcium carbonate, calcium citrate and calcium phosphate to name a few. The body can't absorb these forms of calcium completely so the extra residue ends up in your arteries and soft tissue. Organic calcium such as supplied by the plants in this formula are completely absorbed and as such rebuild the skeleton and teeth.
