My only complaint about this easel is a common one I've had about online purchases lately. The assembly instructions aren't clear or are even incorrect in a few places. I had to take apart one piece and put it back together later when I realized the instructions had me put it on backwards in an earlier step. I think it would also be helpful to label the individual parts with a small sticker to identify what's what. Once it's put together though, it's a very sturdy easel. I like how solid the frame feels, and the wood is good quality. The design is very functional, and I can tell it will hold up to many, many years of use. It's also large enough to hold my biggest canvases (2x3ft). I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it!

For some reason I expected it to be assembled when I received it, but it was not. It seemed overwhelming to put it together, but it was actually not that hard. Took me about half an hour. It’s a great little easel. It will serve me just fine. Very sturdy.

Assembly instructions are just illustrations, but not too difficult to figure out. Adjustable height so you can raise/lower to your work to suit your preference. Once assembled its very sturdy. Too bad its made in China, but otherwise a good buy

if you don't mind that it is short, it is a very nice and sturdy easel. easy to assemble. I wish they made the legs a bit longer.

We own a few easels, but I used this one the other day, and it is sturdy, quaint, and very usable. Not that hard to put together. It is a lovely, small, but nice piece of furniture. For the money, a great deal! We own 2 of them.
