Cristel Casteline Wok, 3 quart, Silver

I haven't used it for stir fries yet, but this is a great all-purpose wok that you can use for many cooking purposes. It's heavy without being too heavy to comfortably pick up, is easy to clean, oven safe to 450, dishwasher safe to 400, has interchangeable handles, and looks beautiful. I can appreciate just from looking at it that it is a well-made piece of craftsmanship. It heats evenly and quickly.The handles are extremely easy to change out and it's great to have option of having 2 smaller handles or a long handle. We are handwashing despite the dishwasher safe feature and it's been very easy to clean with a sponge and soap.
