love it. i enjoyed the install and the result is nice. well worth the purchase. i'm a bit worried about what it'll be like in the winter as there's no heating the water but it's not a big deal. You get what you paid for with this.

Easy to install and great quality
It hangs loose and odd - if you hang it onto the toilet. If you're OCD - you can screw it onto the wall and it's very easy to do. Good quality of bidet head and overall very easy to install.

I was very surprised on receiving this product just how well it was presented. The quality of the houing is really good and it other parts are strong and sturdy. I was able to install this product within an hour easily and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. You may wish to install a isolation valve, double check valve to prevent any back flow should that ever happen. I never thought it would be of such good quality for such a low price. Thank you. 😊

Compatibility
I bought it and was as usual satisfied with the speed of delivery. However, i didn’t install it as my toilet wasn’t compatible. I had to return the article and that too was easily done.
