UPDATE they took care of me immediately and I love this Fossett glad they accidentally sent me the chrome one it is so beautiful and works so well I am only giving this one star until I get some response from the seller I sent a big email to them and Amazon and was told I would be contacted but never have been. I ordered it in rubbed bronze and when I got it I stored it until my counters were put in and sink installed which was a few weeks it’s packaged very good. When I opened the box it was Chrome instead of rubbed bronze but I immediately fell in love with it. The installation went simple and it’s a very sturdy structure as far as the main structure goes. I turn the faucet on and push the two buttons back and forth that go from a regular stream to a nice spray. The nice spray however has stray streams going in different directions so that was a little annoying.l, however the huge issue is as soon as I pushed the thumb trigger it flew off into the sink with a little black piece of plastic that apparently is the plunger one of the little hinge pieces which are just cheap little plastic tabs isn’t even on the faucet so I can see why it fell off. For $700 and something dollars You would expect this not to be so flimsy. I can still use the Fossett but I don’t have the trigger spray which would be nice when rinseing the sink out or heavy grime. It looks great and everything else is nice but the trigger. I sent emails to Amazon and Buildcom with no response other than an email from Amazon saying no further action was required by me and the seller would be contacting me which they never have. If they will take the time to address my concerns I will gladly raise the star level but at the moment I am more perturbed that nobody seems to give a crap.

This is my review for the KOHLER 77515-VS Tournant Semi-Professional Pull-Down Kitchen Sink Faucet, Standard, Vibrant Stainless Steel which I purchased during Prime Day last week. 1. The packaging seal was already broken. I automatically assumed it was a “return” item. My assumption solidified it because 2 of the parts didn’t have any plastic protection. The rest of the parts were all sealed in plastic packaging. 2. The packaging came with a 1-sheet paper pictogram instruction. It didn’t come with a “parts list.” I had to rely on pictogram instruction whether or not all the parts were included in the box. Once I’ve read through the instructions sheet, I was relieved that all parts (albeit 2 were just thrown randomly in the box) were there. 3. No plumber’s tape included (luckily I had some in our house). The two hand tools you will need is a phillip screwdriver and a wrench. I used 100% silicone between the faucet base and granite countertop. 4. Installation was a breeze. Due to the height and weight of the faucet, you will need another person’s help to hold and support the actual faucet while one of you is threading the ring onto the shank from underneath the sink. 5. The functionality of the faucet is definitely much much better than the previous Grohe I replaced. This faucet swivels 360º freely (too freely and easily which means if you aren’t careful you can easily spray water all over outside your sink. 6. I had reservations about the look of this faucet when I saw it on Amazon. Upon seeing and installing the faucet, my hubby & I can honestly say, it has to be one of the ugliest faucets we’ve ever seen. Of course, design is subjected for everyone. Would we still recommend this faucet? 100% YES, especially if you like the traditional design of this faucet. We prep and cook food everyday. This faucet has been meeting our needs even though it’s only a week old.

Hate this faucet. I don't like to write bad reviews but, I get splashed every time I use this faucet. The water pressure is ridiculously strong. I guess that's a gooseneck faucet thing? The water ricochets off the bottom of the farmhouse sink (the sink's normal depth, maybe a little deep). Especially bad when you first turn it on. Before you can adjust it. Even lowering the water pressure under the sink hasn't helped. And, if you lower the faucet volume too much, it splashes as badly as full volume. The air injected into the stream might be part of the problem. Even my face gets hit occasionally, along with the counter, and floor. I now appreciate my mother's low-end, no-splash faucet. Sure, this faucet is attractive, but you shouldn't have to change clothes after doing dishes.

My husband and I just bought our first home and this faucet was a gift (from me to me, haha) to be installed right after closing. We had about a week of installation issues but it was more so because of the tubing and fittings (are those the right terms?) that the builders of our home used that weren’t compatible with the faucet... so after a week of hunting down the right parts, we got it installed and let me just say - it’s AMAZING. My husband was a bit irritated and reluctant when I ordered it because of the price, but once we got it up and running, I’m pretty sure my husband loves it more than I do! I can tell it’s a super high quality faucet and it works exactly as expected. No leaks or loose parts/pieces. Nothing about the faucet feels flimsy and I haven’t found anything about it that makes me worry it will break or wear out. Best first upgrade of our new home we could’ve made! So highly recommend! I know it’s expensive; I believe it’s worth every cent!

When I first got this out of the box, I thought it looked too big, however since it has been installed I think it is perfect for our space. It is by far the nicest faucet I have ever had. This is our third in our kitchen, and I hope that it is our last. In part, we chose Kohler because we know we will be able to get parts for it if ever there is a problem. There are two sprays on this faucet, something I didn't know I needed, but now love. One spray is more forceful and clears out the sink like a dream. The other is softer, like a rain shower, and rinses dishes without splashing. I loved the look of this faucet online and love it even more in person.

This faucet is huge but it’s a statement.

Visualmente es hermosa, sin embargo, a tres meses de uso, el pequeño gatillo metálico del cabezal se queda atorado y hay que regresarlo manualmente, de no hacerlo, queda el chorro en abanico. Es difícil de limpiar el cabezal lo que hace que los chorros de agua salgan dirigidos hacia uno, mojando el abdomen, algo que le molesta a mi esposa, es difícil la limpieza del cabezal, no encontré un instructivo donde mencioné como hacerlo porque solo limpiarlo por afuera no funciona. El costo es caro en relación a estos problemas que aparecieron tan pronto, mi anterior grifo duro 10 años con cabezal fácil de limpiar. Fue sencillo de instalar, pero se debe de comprar un adaptador para contactar las mangueras a la tubería, fácil de encontrar y económico. El video es después de limpiar el cabezal

Product is excellent. Doesn’t need a lot of cleaning. Magnet is great idea. Looks great

LOVE our faucet and is one of the best features in our new kitchen Reno!

Add says country of origin is America. Box says “made in China”. Disappointing and totally misleading. I make buying choices largely related to things not being made in China. When something says it isn’t (as is priced as such) then arrives clearly saying it is I find that completely misleading. Terrible
