Had to replace
The product is good I ordered 18 months an ago the brown version , the grey one I ordered few weeks back and it was damaged had to get it replaced . The grey version is also good

Overpriced product
Product quality is not up to the mark. There are deformations on the chain, it looks chain will break soon. From inside the product is fine. Price is not justified for the product received. I have another better document organiser similar to bought from on local shop costing less than 500.

Best File you get in online
This is a good file and I received a new one. Lot of storage options and people think that the 24 pockets is very thin and ofcourse it is very thin. Manufacturer should consider to make it little thicker. Wen it's arrived I can't open the transparent pockets and if I do in rough manner it could have teared buy i learned how to separate it. Watch my video and learn how to open that transparent layer carefully. It will take time but if u need it last longer then you must spend 25 mins. Check my video above how to separate it. Overall worth for money.
