Q: Any good for bad nerves and stress

I personally found it very good for my anxiety in my tummy, to start with i was taking 40 drops 3 times a day ,for approximately one month ,now i only have 40 drops once a day i am not saying it is a miracle cure but it has certainty helped me .

Q: What is the vegetable glycerin made of? Is there any soy or nuts in it?

Unfortunately I do not know - the ingredients just note vegetable gylcerine, pure water and lemon balm (Melissa officials) leaves 10%.

Non-alcoholic lemon balm extract is what the ingredients' list says, in case it helps. Now you're making me curious. The only thing I can tell you is that this extract feels pretty trustable and I believe it works, I could feel the difference as I started taking it. Good luck! :)
