Spigen Liquid Air Designed for iPhone 13 Mini Case (2021) - Matte Black

I've been using Spigen phone cases for the past 13 years, as have my wife and kids. This one, like others I've bought are slim/thin, providing enough protection for careful phone use in what I would describe as typical use cases. This isn't the sort of case to use if one is very active, or working on a construction site, or throwing your phone around. This particular case has a stylish pattern on the back, and has a good feel in the hand. It's made of a hard material which doesn't get sticky, and on a scale of grippy to slippery, I'd say it's right in the middle. I've had a few phone drops from table tops, and from about waist height over the years, all with similar Spigen cases, and incurred no damage to the phones or cases. My next phone will have a similar Spigen case!

I can't figure out why people buy slim phones and then put them in cases that make them much larger. This case is great, it's protective if you drop it, and the edges are raised just enough so you don't scratch the lenses or screen if you set it down. The best part is that the rubber has grip but it isn't sticky so it doesn't pick up lint or dust in the pocket. When I upgraded my phone to one that was a slightly different size I was really glad I could still find this model case for it. I'm very happy I found this case!

This is the 5 or 6th phone case me and my family have gotten from Spigen. To start, we come back to them over and over again just because of how durable their cases are. But I have never left a review. Recently, I was super dumb and left my phone on top of my car while at the gas station. Realized I did that and it was gone after 15 minutes. When I finally found my phone, heartbreakingly in the middle of the road, face down, I was prepared for the worst.While my phone screen is a bit messed up from the pressure of being run over, my phone is still completely usable!!!! The back of the phone is cracked up but the new ceramic iphone build combined with the Spigen screen and the case, holy crap, I mean holy crap, I don't know how many cars ran over it in a 30+ minute period, but short of the green screen flickers, I can completely use my phone. I am 10000% confident if I did not have this case and the screen I will be also leaving a review on, my phone would have been a crunchy pancake.Seriously, this is the only company I would recommend for cases or screens, forever, so long as they are in business.

I decided to purchase another case from this brand after using one for my previous iPhone which lasted a long time. This one is also very sturdy without adding too much thickness to my phone. Very simple design which is exactly what I was looking for.

This is my 4th Spigen iPhone cover and it’s still the best product for the money, companies like Otterbox have become to expensive for most people to waste their money onSpigen is a solid choice at a good value.

This case seems to provide pretty good protection. I say seems because I'm pretty picky about case stiffness in order to protect the screen in the event of the phone falling and hitting a not-flat surface face down, and it seems to have adequate stiffness, but I haven't had any incidents to test that out yet (and, fingers crossed, will never have to). The case has nice textures all around, especially on the back, and has the perfect level of stickiness be secure in my hand without being too sticky. It's also thin enough so that it adds minimal bulk so that the iPhone mini still feels mini. Just a great case all around. Spigen will be my new go-to brand for cases.
