How to set time on clock?

Press and hold the Time Set button (on the back) until the hour blinks. Then press the + button (that also says 12/24HR) to increase the number, or the - button (that also says AL ON/OFF) to decrease the number. Once you have the desired hour, press the Time Set button again and the minutes will blink. Follow the same procedure (either + or - to reach the correct time). Once you have hours and minutes correctly displayed, press the Time Set button again. The numbers should no longer flash, and you have reset the time. Make sure to insert a battery into the clock, as recommended, and you will not have to reset in case of a power outage.

Do the 2 dots blink constantly?

NO! The two dots do NOT blink The numbers are large and easy to read. There is a dimmer switch to make it the intensity you wish.

What is in a package?

The clock and a power cable that can be attached. It can also run on batteries and they are not part of the package.

Does it comes with the light blue light with black case?

Yes —one of the several models illustrated very clearly shows Blue numerals in a Black case. (However -- the blue numerals in this model 'appear' to be a darker blue than the blue numerals that are illustrated in the White case model. It does 'appear' that there are two different 'shades' of blue. Does that make sense?? if you Simply Must have those light blue numerals that are illustrated in the White case (light Blue numerals), then don't order the clock with blue numerals in the black case, because the Blue appears to be a different shade — a darker shade — of blue.). Now, you could always order it anyway, and, Hey — you might like it just fine!! Take a chance!! But if you find that you just can't live with it, then you could return it. BTW…I love my clock! It's everything 'as advertised.' (mine is black case with green numerals. blue numerals are bad for you, bad for trying to get to sleep. You don't want anything that casts off any 'blue hues' in your bedroom. Look it up! Jack in Colorado
